Audit allows you to run reports to see exactly what has been going on with the site and who has been using it in which way.
There are four different logs that you can use to search for audit entries.
To use the Audit function, click Audit in the left tree view of the Administrator section.
In order to access the Thru Audit feature, users must be added to the Audit Group.
